Sautéed Corn and Onions

Ingredients

butter

vegetable oil

frozen corn

small onion
diced
pepper and seasoning salt to taste
Instructions
Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté corn kernels just until tender, then mix in onion.
Increase heat to medium-high. Continue sautéing until corn and onions start to brown, stirring frequently.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
