Asian Inspired Rice

Ingredients

uncooked rice
preferably long grain white

extra-virgin olive oil

cup
chopped mushrooms
3
green onions
sliced
sesame oil
freshly ground salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook rice according to package directions. Keep warm.
Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and green onions and cook until soft and fragrant.
Add cooked vegetables to rice and drizzle with sesame oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
