Sweet and Spicy Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

lean ground beef

yellow onions

garlic

28 oz can stewed tomatoes

28 oz can crushed tomatoes

Worcestershire

hot sauce
or to taste

tbsp
brown sugar

tsp
celery seed

tbsp
dried basil

tsp
dried oregano

tbsp
parsley

bay leaf
freshly ground salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a dutch oven or large pot, brown ground beef with onions and garlic. Add mushrooms.
Pour in tomatoes, and break up stewed tomatoes with the back of your spoon. Reduce heat.
Add remaining ingredients, and stir to combine. Cover and simmer about 40 minutes.
