Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 inch square pan.
Place ingredients in a medium-sized bowl in order given. Beat until smooth.
Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Combine ingredients for icing in a bowl. Slowly add enough cream to make it smooth and easy to spread. Frost brownies once cooled.
