Peppered Strawberry Flambé

Ingredients

fresh strawberries
hulled and sliced
1/4
cup
butter
1/4
cup
brown sugar

Sambuca liqueur
1/2
tsp
finely cracked black peppercorns
Instructions
Melt butter and brown sugar in a skillet over medium heat.
Add strawberries and sauté until bubbly, soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
Add Sambuca and ignite. Shake pan until flame dies out.
Add peppercorns, stir to mix.
Serve over ice cream.
