How To: Roasted Garlic

Ingredients
garlic
whole heads
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Slice the tops of the heads of garlic so that each clove is exposed. Drizzle with olive oil.
Place in a baking pan and cover with tin foil, or just wrap with tin foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until garlic is tender, fragrant and starting to brown/caramelize on top.
