Description: Every home cook needs a set of basic dessert recipes for their cooking arsenal. In this class, we will make three classic desserts: fruit crisp, chocolate cake, cookies.

Description: Scared at trying your hand at homemade pie? In this class we will learn how to make pie dough and use it in three different methods: pie with a lattice top crust, free form pie and tarts.
