Caramelized Baked Chicken

I laughed when I was reading this recipe, because the description on this recipe said, “This chicken is ideal for appetizers or a main course.” As opposed to chicken for dessert? I mean really, what else is there besides appetizers and main courses when you’re talking chicken?

In any case, this recipe was about as easy as they come. Mix together all the sauce ingredients, pour over chicken, bake. Voila! It’s your typical sticky/sweet/tangy chicken recipe. I used chicken thighs, but this would be delicious with wings, or any bone-in chicken pieces.
