Grilled Beef Tenderloin Marinade

If you want the best, and I mean best beef tenderloin marinade, you have just found it. My family came across it many years ago, and it has become a family staple.

Toasting the sesame seeds makes a big difference, so make sure you take a few extra minutes to do that. Also, make sure to follow the time to marinate properly. This dish can easily become overpowering if it’s marinated for longer than suggested.

I made this last with some cubed tenderloin, so I reduced the marinating time to 1 hour. If you use a tougher cut of meat, you may want to increase to 3-4 hours. But, if you’re going with tenderloin steaks, definitely stick with the 2 hour time limit.
