Grecian Pork Tenderloin

Simple recipes always get my vote. Something that’s quick and easy to throw together quickly becomes one of my favorite go-to meals.

There’s something refreshing and summer-y (even if it’s almost fall) about Greek marinades. I’m sure this recipe would be equally delicious with chicken, and I plan on trying that soon (I’ll let you know how it goes!).
