Hi Celina!

I wouldn't change any of the ingredients....just double them all and use a bigger pan - a 9x13 would work fine. Watch the cooking time carefully though, since you'll have a different thickness with a bigger pan. Keep using a toothpick to check doneness.

Let me know how it turns out!

Great recipe! Thank you. Have you doubled this recipe? A friend wants moxie style brownies for his birthday so I was wondering - To double this, do I cut back on the leavening agents, in your opinion?
Thanks!

Hi Noor! I hope they still turned out tasty! Next time I would let the batter cool for a few minutes until lukewarm before adding the chocolate chips. I've added that to the instructions. :)

Well made them this weekend, should have let the batter cool before adding the chocolate chips, I used milk chocolate instead of semi sweet, chocolate melted, did not have an 8inch square pan, used a round one instead, for some reason the edges hardened when it cooled, the boyfriend rated them good for the first time making them, but practice bakes better.. the were gone the next day, so he must have enjoyed them..will make them again..8$ at moxies for a piece is steep,so making them will be a treat for him..
