Asparagus with Balsamic Butter

Since you all know I’m a balsamic freak, the fact that I love this recipe should come as no surprise. Even if you’re not a balsamic vinegar addict, you will love this recipe for it’s simplicity.

If you don’t have a good quality cooking spray, I would recommend drizzling with olive oil instead, because the butter flavor in the recipe doesn’t come from those nasty “butter-flavored” cooking sprays. Ick.
